These terms cover the use of this website. The work we do for clients is governed by the signed services agreement for that project, not by this page. Where the two differ, the signed agreement wins.

What this site is

This site describes services offered by Robotica Pro LLC, an automation consultancy in Skokie, Illinois. It is information, not an offer or a contract. Nothing here creates an obligation on either side until we both sign a written agreement.

Prices

Prices shown here are the ranges most of our work falls into. The price for your project is the one written in your agreement, set after we understand the scope. Published ranges can change without notice.

Our work

Every engagement is written down before it starts: what we will build, what it costs, what is included, and when it is done. We do not bill by the hour. If the scope changes, we agree the change in writing before we do it.

What we do not promise

Automation depends on systems we do not control, including your software vendors and third party services. Those systems change and sometimes break. We will tell you honestly what we can and cannot guarantee before you sign. We do not promise any particular financial result from automating a process.

Ownership

Unless your agreement says otherwise, what we build for you is yours once it is paid for. The content, text, images, and logos on this site belong to Robotica Pro LLC and may not be copied for commercial use.

This site links to services we use, such as our scheduling tool. We are not responsible for their content or their policies.

Liability

This website is provided as is. We are not liable for any loss arising from the use of this website. Liability for project work is set out in the agreement for that project.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois.
