The phone nobody has time to answer. The order typed into three systems. The report somebody rebuilds every Monday. We automate that work and hand it back running.
An automation boutique in Skokie. We work across Chicago and the north suburbs, on site.
Where our founder has delivered automation
Eleven years of career history, not Robotica Pro clients. The work below is ours.
Most owners can name the three things that eat their week. Nobody fixes them because fixing them is a project, and the project never starts.
An AI receptionist that answers on the first ring, takes the booking or the order, sends the text confirmation, and writes it into the system you already use. It works at nine at night and through the lunch rush.
Orders, invoices, intake forms, stock counts. The things somebody reads off one screen and types into another. We connect them so it happens once and comes out right.
The quote nobody chased. The reminder that never went out. The reorder that happened two weeks late. Set up once, then it runs without anyone having to remember.
If a task follows rules and happens every week, it can usually be automated. If yours cannot, or the cost does not justify it, we will tell you on the first call.
A phone agent handling a booking on its own. Yours answers with your hours, your services, and your calendar.
CallerHi, are you open Thursday? I need to come in for a cleaning.
Robotica Pro agentWe are, Thursday until six. I have 2:15 or 4:40 with Dr. Rahman. Which is better for you?
CallerThe 4:40.
Robotica Pro agentBooked. Can I get your name and a mobile number so I can text you the confirmation and the intake form?
CallerSara Ahmed, 847 555 0142.
Robotica Pro agentThank you. You are set for Thursday at 4:40. The text is on its way. Anything else?
That call wrote itself into the schedule, sent the text, and never reached a person. The office found out about it the next morning.
The three things above, and the Robotica Pro projects that back each one. Client names on request, with their permission.
The call above is our own agent, not a script we wrote for a brochure. We have not yet put one into a client's phone line, and we would rather say that than pretend otherwise. Ask on the call and we will run it against your business while you listen.
More than 300 products across eight marketplaces. Stock levels were tracked in spreadsheets rebuilt by hand every week and reorders were made on gut feel. We built the forecasting and the reporting so the numbers arrive on their own.
Records that had to be read one at a time and retyped into a working file. We extracted and structured the data so the firm could work from one clean source instead of the pile.
They needed to reach every high school athletics program in Illinois and no usable list existed. We built the list from public data, then automated the outreach and the follow-up sequence on top of it.
Crews, routes, job status and weather were coordinated by phone during every storm. We put scheduling, routing, crew locations and job status into one app the office and the trucks both see.
We have also built websites, ordering systems and custom apps for local businesses. That is not what we sell any more, but it is why we are comfortable inside whatever software you already run.
Every business is different, so every project is quoted. No packages, no price list, and never by the hour.
We come to your business for half a day and follow the work end to end. You get a written list of what can be automated, roughly what each one costs you in hours today, and a fixed price for each. You choose what to do next, or nothing at all. The list is yours either way.
Each automation is quoted as a fixed fee, agreed in writing before any work starts. It changes only if you change what you asked for, and we agree that in writing too. No hourly billing and no surprise invoice at the end.
How many systems have to talk to each other, how clean the data is, how much has to be built rather than connected, and how many people need training. Most projects go live within 30 days of signing.
Thirty days of fixes are included after launch. After that, an optional monthly plan covers monitoring, repairs when something upstream changes, and one new automation each quarter. Quoted the same way, and you can stop it.
If you want a rough range before you commit to anything, ask on the first call and we will give you one out loud.
Robotica Pro is an automation boutique. Small is not something we are apologising for, it is the reason the work is good.
Daoud Shafique leads every engagement himself. He is the one who walks into your business, sits where the work happens, and decides what should be built. Nobody hands you to an account manager, and nobody sends a junior to learn on your business.
Before starting Robotica Pro he spent more than a decade building automation inside very large companies. He led an automation team for a global consumer goods business across five regions, and delivered automation at Grainger, Kraft Heinz, Mayo Clinic, a top five pharmacy benefits manager, and two of the largest banks in the country.
That is the standard we build to, at a size a local business can actually buy. Same methods, same discipline, without the six month timeline and the invoice that comes with a large firm.
We work across Chicago and the north suburbs, and we come to you. We would rather spend half a day watching how the work actually happens than take anyone's word for it over a call.

Twenty minutes, no slides. Tell us what your team does by hand and we will tell you honestly whether it is worth automating and roughly what it would cost.
